weight loss
sorry i haven't been on for so long but been having a lot of family problems but when everything gets better and i have more time on my hand i will return but if i have any dramatic changes ill be sure to let you know ok but for now bye x

weight loss:day 22
today has been ok been out most of the day so haven't really had the time to do any worrying about food which is good. the only thing i am finding hard is not having my snacks at night time but i suppose if i want to loose the weight ill have to keep doing what im doing.

weight loss: day 21
today has been quite boring, same as normal really, but i have managed to stick to my diet so im doing well i have just checked my measurements of my waist and my hip.my waist is 38inches and my hips are 42.5inches i have lost 1.8inches on my waist but only 0.1inches on my hips but i know it will take longer for my hips to loose the weight so im not all that bothered. i am going to measure my thighs and arms to later on so ill either let you know later today or tell you tomorrow. now when i started this weight loss program my measurement were very different take a look

weight loss: day 20
well i got to day 20 had some ups and some downs but im still standing. i feel so much better now than i did at the start of this weight loss program i have lost 8 pound which is great and i have lost 1 inch around my hips also 2inches around my waist. its great but i still got a bit more to do to get to my target weight.

weight loss: day19
nearly 20 days god that's a long time for me. ive never lasted this long on a diet but i think im doing great i seem to have lost some weight and i hope to continue to loose more during the rest of this weight loss program. today hasn't been that bad i managed to get myself back on track today and eat properly witch is great so ill have to see how i continue through the rest of this program.

weight loss: day 18
today i messed up a bit didn't i have any lunch coz i was so busy so i don't know if that will mess the diet up at all but i didn't have anything else to eat instead i just missed it out. ill have to get myself back on track tomorrow but i have noticed a lot of difference in myself while being on this weight loss program. i have noticed that i can fit into most of my small size 16 trousers also i can fit into a few of my old size 14`s which is soo great so we will have to see how the rest of the weeks progress and see if there is any more differences that i find.

weight loss: day 17
today well i cant really complain its been great more compliments from friends and family so something must be happening to me. i have noticed myself that my chin is starting to loose the extra fat so im starting to look normal again lol.
