weight loss: day 9

today has been OK but i have realised something, I'm not thinking about food all the time. its nice i was even able to sit through a whole film last night without a snack or anything witch is usually really hard for me. i usually sit with some popcorn or something like that so i was rather proud of myself for that. i have even started taking things with me when i go out so when it gets close to having a meal ill just have something that i have brought with me and nothing around the shop even fazes me any more its fab.well see you tomorrow.
