weight loss:day 16

Had quite a lot of exercise today been hear there and everywhere so that should do me some good too. well the diet seems to be working anyway i think i am loosing about half an pound a day or something because i seem to be able to fit into something different everyday which is great.

weight loss: day 15

i have decided to cut down on my dinner time meal as i have found that i cant eat it all now so my intake of food has gone down again so i should see a larger amount of weight loss in the following weeks.

Is age an excuse in our weight loss undertakings?

weight loss: day 14

had to go help my mams today so been keeping myself busy and not really been thinking about eating at all. still had a healthy lunch and watched what i ate. When i got home i decided to try on some of my old trousers i found that i can now do them up but there is still a bit of weight to shift due to them being quite tight still so we can try again it a few weeks. Had my dinner but i found i couldn't eat all of it and ended up chucking some out so something is going on with my body.

today was quite hard because i wasn't in the house much but i think i am still getting on quite well with the weight loss program

weght loss: day 12

today's has been harder than usually due to walking past all the food shops and smelling all of those nice cakes and stuff but i bit my lip and carried on and didn't give into temptation. when I'm at home I'm not tempted by anything which is weird i think this weight loss program has done something to my eating habits which is weird but good i suppose so lets see how the next couple of days or weeks progress.

weight loss: day 11

today havent really been stressful but that's because i have been keeping myself busy, when i do that i don't really think about having anything to eat, plus its like my own stress release doing the housework and stuff lol. but i have noticed 1 other thing, that is i can fit into some more clothes that i haven't fit in for ages. plus i have noticed that my stomach doesn't seem to stick out so much any more its actually flattening down which is great. if i can keep losing weight like this i should be at least a size 12 for the summer so fingers crossed

sorry i wasn't on yesterday but i had a lot on but not much really happened anyway. last night was the only night i have felt hungry but i managed to stay away from any temptation so that's good but we will have to see if my WILL POWER is as strong as it needs to be.

weight loss: day 9

today has been OK but i have realised something, I'm not thinking about food all the time. its nice i was even able to sit through a whole film last night without a snack or anything witch is usually really hard for me. i usually sit with some popcorn or something like that so i was rather proud of myself for that. i have even started taking things with me when i go out so when it gets close to having a meal ill just have something that i have brought with me and nothing around the shop even fazes me any more its fab.well see you tomorrow.

weight los: day 8

today has been wicked because i have has 2 compliments from family members. they have both said that i look better and that i am starting to look slimmer especially around the face so something in this weight loss program must be working which is great.hopefully i will continue to loose the rest of my unwanted weight at the same pace then by the summer i should hopefully be at least a size 12 rather than a 16-18 which will be great.

weight loss: day 7

today i noticed something i can fit into my trousers which i haven't been able to fit in for months i am over the moon. i feel so much better in myself i am so looking forward to caring on this weight loss program. hopefully there will be more change in the next couple of days or weeks so fingers crossed.i have also noticed that i am not as tired when i am walking up hills or on long distances and usually it would wear me out really fast so i must be doing something right. i have to say though i would definitely recommend this weight loss program to everyone because remember if you believe in yourself anything is possible good luck.

today i decided myself to lower my food consumption due to the fact i am starting to get fuller faster, and at the moment i seem fine but we will have to see how the rest of the week progress, but i am really proud of myself for sticking to the weight loss program and we will see what happens

today has been maybe the hardest day so far im craving everything all at once but i am resisting and have not given in yet but i think if i put my mind to it by using her weight loss program i can really do it LETS HOPE

today was easier than i thought, i really thought i would fail because me and my family went out for dinner and there was me being good, for a change, eating what i was ment to, even when i was offered one of my favs i turned it down. i just didnt feel like having what they were eating so i was very proud of myself but no doubt it will get harder with time.if you would like to try my diet and see how you do click here

sorry i was a no show yesterday but don't worry ill get u up to date. today i have noticed that i feel more alert and ready to take on anything,even though i know this is going to be hard for me to do because all the diets i have been on.But im going to do everything i can to stick to this one and we will see how i am in the next two months or so.
