weight loss: day 20

well i got to day 20 had some ups and some downs but im still standing. i feel so much better now than i did at the start of this weight loss program i have lost 8 pound which is great and i have lost 1 inch around my hips also 2inches around my waist. its great but i still got a bit more to do to get to my target weight.
